The logo needs to be able to capture the audience and draw them in. Due to the nature of the festival, the best solution was to use a solid geometry that will be the eye-catching element when the crowds are moving around. It would create high visibility, which was the goal.

 

Geometric shapes created the logo rather than a random heavy/bold, sans serif font. The end result successfully accomplished the desired effect to great extend and the posters were posted all around the campus.
